Conditions of sale. These terms and conditions cover all business conducted on this website. It forms part of our privacy policy, disclaimer and copyright notice. These terms do not affect your statutory rights; they state your rights and our responsibilities.
In this agreement, we Bakers' World Limited herein known as "the supplier" and you as shown on the order form "the buyer" agree to the conditions shown below.
-
A contract is formed between the supplier and the buyer when the supplier receives full settlement of the payment for the ordered goods.
-
On placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by our contract and governed by the laws of the UK. The buyer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK court.
-
Ordered goods are subject to availability. If the ordered goods are not available or the offer to purchase goods is refused to the buyer, the buyer shall be contacted and full refund shall be made if money has been taken. If your order is partly available, we will notify you and ship the available goods and only collect payment corresponding to the available order.
-

-
All payments are collected in British Pounds. And the prices shown are inclusive of taxes.
-
International orders may attract local taxes within different countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the charges with the customs and Excise in their country. These taxes are not charged by us and we cannot quote rates.
-
If the buyer does not receive the ordered goods within the times shown in the selected shipping method, after receiving a confirmation of dispatch from the supplier, the buyer must notify the supplier.
-
The supplier shall offer full refund (on receipt of accepted items) for returned items provided they are returned in the same condition as dispatched.
-
Where a buyer claims that the product is defective, the buyer shall notify the supplier within 3 days of receipt of the goods by telephone, email or letter. If the buyer does not notify the supplier accordingly, the supplier shall have no liability for such failure or defect. If the buyer makes a valid claim for a defective product, the supplier shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at the supplier's sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but the supplier shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to the supplier.
-
The supplier shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
-
The buyer agrees not to offer ordered goods for resale either within or outside the UK and the buyer shall indemnify the supplier in full for all losses, damages, costs and expenses which the supplier may suffer or incur if the buyer breaches this term.
-
Any clerical, typographical error or omission found on this website or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

-
FORCE MAJEURE.
